Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are very concerned about the spread of exotic pet diseases, so items that have been exposed to your pets are not returnable. Returns are accepted if the products are unopened and in the original manufacturer's packaging. If they come without packaging, returns are not accepted. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced at no charge.
Methods of payment include MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Shipping charges are based on actual UPS charges and will be calculated in real time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
