Dr. Hess was grateful and proud to receive the internationally recognized Association of Avian Veterinarian's Award for Outstanding Service for 2007.
Dr. Hess now provides help with bird behavior issues such as screaming, biting, and other undesirable behaviors.
After completing instruction with the well-known behavior analyst, Susan Friedman, PhD, and the highly respected animal trainer, Barbara Heidenreich, Dr. Hess and her staff now offer a series of flexibly scheduled appointments focusing one-on-one with you and your bird.
